    <description>It might help to know a bit about your environment.   Which backup application?  What operating system?  Which backup device did you have, and what do you have now?   Is Library and Tape Tools able to detect and operate the drive?   If you're on Windows, is it able to see the drive in device manager and operate the drive using NTbackup?</description>

      <title>Error 131 instance is not licensed</title>

      <description>We have installed a new tape library, removed the old one altogether (deleted form the device tab). However the new drive appears as offline and initializing the library does not work.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
It appears to me as if the license is still attached to the old drive.....how can I release the license back to to license pool?&lt;BR /&gt;
