    <description>&lt;P&gt;keep getting a status message to load a cartridge when there is one loaded. Have replaced the drive with a new one and get the same message with new and used cartridges. RDX Utilities indicates that the drive is connected and operating correctly. All tests pass.&lt;/P&gt;
