I'm assuming that's a message from your ISV application - it's not much to go by.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
1) What drive type (e.g. DLT8K, Ultrium)?&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
2) What version of firmware in the drives?&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
3) Any I/O error logged from the drive in the application or system/event logs?</description>

I have a drive that gives me this error and causes the backup to fail.</description>
