      <description>Hello, help me please with this problem. Drives are OK.Firmware is upgraded. But problem last.&lt;BR /&gt;

What utility is producing this error log?  It's possible that the drive status is being misreported.  &lt;BR /&gt;

The messages you are referring to are in the drive/media log of the library. The library records this event (Hardware fault) when the drive returns a hardware error tape alert to the host (i.e. application).&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The error could be due to a defective tape (e.g. the drive could not load or calibrate it).&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
If  you can install HP L&amp;amp;TT, it will collect the device logs, and then we can look at the specific errors which occurred. LTT is available for Windows and HPUX at &lt;A href="http://www.hp.com/support/tapetools" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;www.hp.com/support/tapetools&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Once you have L&amp;amp;TT, you would view the device support ticket, and then look at the specific events in the drive error log.</description>
