From what I could gather on the HP support site, I should either be able to turn the unit off and eject, or force eject, but neither is successful. I don't have the tools to open the unit either.<BR /> <BR /> The display notes an error 43 after a forced eject or error 59 upon powering the unit after the self test.<BR /> <BR /> When I run HP Tape Tools, I get a successful communication test, but read/write test tells me I have no tape inserted.<BR /> <BR /> Can anyone identify these error codes? I can't seem to find a list of them.
