    <description>It's all right,but only for my curiosity, i want to known if there are differt version of firmware for c5713a, because, before I changed the tape, I had another tape like that and I didn,t have problem.&lt;BR /&gt;

please use HP LTT &lt;A href="http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/storageworks/ltt/index.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/storageworks/ltt/index.html&lt;/A&gt; . Go to Files menu and use 'Get files from web...' window to see and download all available firmwares. I see latest (and only one) is H910. Of course you can try reflashing unit with the same firmware revision. But you know as you stated 'drive was like this' and not the same so then firmware images are different&lt;BR /&gt;
