Our software can manage the physical library and copy the user data to physical tape. One of customers has a MSL5000 series with 4 SDLT1 drives. He is having a problem to move medium from the drive to slot after the data copy was done. The robot reports "Mechanical positioning error." I woule appreciate if anyone can help me to understand at what condition the robot will report the problem.
