Hello,

I assume you have a valid domain for the administrative web. Make sure that your dns settings are correct so that everything points correctly to the domain name.

If this is the Administrative web, go into the domains tab and make sure the web does not have "SERVER1" in front of it.
ie: server1.yourdomain.com

make it www.yourdomain.com with an alias of just yourdomain.com.

Under user for the domain you are server administrator make sure that you setup email aliases for that you actually use. Not just your login name.

If your login is : Dale, is that actually your email name?

Hope this helps a little.
I cannot get the mail system to work no matter what I have done. I have ran several different port scans and they show my smtp and pop3 ports open and not blocked by the ISP.

What needs to be configured inorder for the server to receive and send mail. I cannot even send mail to my server via the lan let alone the wan.
