topic Sa8200 (netstructure) ftp problems in Appliance Servers

I cannot get ftp traffic to pass through the appliance. I have a simple config of one plicygroup, http service and ftp service. For ftp I have source ip and sap enabled, and I am trying to connect from a machine not on the same subnet. I just get connection refused or timeout messages when trying to connect. On the server behind the sa8200, the ftp log says the client disconnected. Is there anything special I have to do for ftp to work?

Don't forget to add a route in your router for getting to your netstructure server side network through the network side ip address of the netstructure. Once I did this, everything worked.<BR />
