DL 580 Slot 0 Array Controller Failure

I upgrade the HP Firmware Maintenance CD V 7.4 with ROM Update Utility on Server DL 580- Integrated Smart Array Controller from 1.45 to 1.50 B. upgrade was Success on the screen. but error come out after reboot:

""Integrated Smart ??? Array Controller
Slot 0 Array Controller Failure
Board ID not programmed, replace ROMS or Replace controller.""

anyone know how to fix it? or must hardware replace?

Reset ROC chip

how to Reset ROC chip? I took off the battery from the array. and put the SP19677.exe disk in, they said no device find can be reprogramme
