topic ML330 stop code error in HPE ProLiant Servers - Netservers

We had to reboot the server by holding in the power button and now we are getting at stop error 0x0000009A Licinsing violation. Won't come back up. My gut tells me that this is because of the dirty reboot. Anybody able to recover from this gracefully. Any suggestions would be helpful. We have tried rebooting in safe mode, command mode and any other mode include last know good configuration but it just stops.
