We've never met, but I can see that you've helped an inestimable number of people, and that matters, no matter what business you're in.  I can see how your management might not see it that way, though - unless you actually work for HP, in which case, you should get a raise.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Well, it's been fun answering questions, but it's time to move on.  There seems to be more people answering questions now, which is great.  I almost feel cheated due to the lack of value placed on me helping answer questions by those above me.  I guess I can say it made me feel better helping customers anyway I can. I'm sorry that you are leaving the ITRC forums.
