    <description>&lt;P&gt;Fan speed should increase as room temperature goes up.&amp;nbsp; If it isn't around 70 degrees F. you can expect noisy fans.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the server in an enclosed area with its own AC or out in an office area?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More information will be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
