two problems with proliant G8

HI i have two problems. the firmware of iLo is 2.50, the sistems rom is J06 11/02/2015

I try configure manually ip of iLO and time of server and never hold if i plug off the server.

i removed the 2032 bat and now shows

iLO Hostname: ILO---Kv-vT---j.

And menu F10 dont run....

I need HElp please

For BIOS settings (RBSU) press F9 during POST, for ILO settings press F8 when you see the ILO message during POST.
