Hello everyone.

I got a situation with a Proliant Microserver G10 Plus, when the server first started, it didn't recognize all the disks, only 3 with 1TB and 1 with 1GB, which wasn't right. Troubleshooting was done and a known error was identified that could be solved through the firmware update, the update is carried out and the server is put into operation, a RAID5 array scheme is configured, the installation of the Windows 2019 Server Standard Edition, updates are applied and the server is shut down for later use.

Two days later when the server is moved to the office and connected, it restarts and does not recognize the logical units, consequently, it doesn't start the OS, it's verified in the configuration and it doesn't load any of the disks, the behavior of the Server was like nothing had been done previously.

In one of the attempts it shows a message cannot be identified in red letters and in another a message about the firmware update.

The server doesn't have a standard behavior, it is not possible to identify the issue source but there is definitely a problem with it.

Do you have any idea about it?

Thanks in advance,

Thanks for replying, so you're assuming the problem is a firmware issue.

But previously I had updated the firmware of the machine, do I have to do it again?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply,

I have more questions about my issue.

I requested a server replacement, so, when I get the new one, do you recommend me:
1.- Update the BIOS
2.- Update the Firmware
3.- Update the Firmware for Intelligent Provisioning.

Where do I download the latest version of each one and how do I update?

Thanks in advance.
