The correct version of NetRAID Assistant for the integrated NetRAID on the LH4/LH4r is B.01.04. The newer NetRAID Assistant (version B.02.00) should only be used if there is a NetRAID-1M or NetRAID-2M card installed.

NetRAID Assistant version B.01.04 is compatible with both NT 4.0 and Windows 2000.
If you are asking for a compatible NetRAID controller & Windows 2000 (and LX Pro), this would be either the NetRAID-1Si or NetRAID-3Si.
