topic Netserver LPr Boot Errors in HPE ProLiant Servers - Netservers

I have a Netserver LPr that is displaying two errors on boot: 0080-51 and 0090-64.

I can F1 and continue and NT comes up fine. I'd like to get rid of this message so I can reboot remotely without trudging down to our hosting facility.

I've researched this message pretty well and have tried the following suggestions to no avail:
1) Turn the power off and unplug the machine for 60 seconds
2) Remove all the PCI cards after unplugging and wait for a while and put them back in and reboot
3) I downloaded what the website indicated was the latest BIOS and it matched the machine.
Bios Version: 4.06.35
Mgmt Firmware Ver: C.03.02

Thanks for any help!!!
Hi Gary,
here is the solution.

1) unplug the power cable from your NetServer LPr
2) open the server and set switch 5 for a CMOS RESET
3) plug in the power cable and start your server for 15 seconds
4) turn the server off and unplug the power cable
5) set switch 5 back to the original position
6) close your server
7) plug the power cables in and start your server
8) at the end of the POST you have to enter the BIOS. Press ESC and save the changes
9) after system restart boot from a DOS boot floppy
10) insert your BIOS update floppy (version )
11) run "a:\flashmmc lprra_us.bin"
12) run "sdredit -w -f list_lpr.sdr". Note that nothing will be displayed on your screen for a few seconds
13) reboot from BIOS update floppy and perform a BIOS update
14) reboot your system

Regards,
