      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are getting reports of high CPU utilization when at idle and you can see no process responsible for it, I would suspect driver or hardware problesm.  Take a look in your system event logs to see if you can narrow it down.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You could also try flashing to the latest system BIOS, if you are unable to narrow it down further.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mark</description>
