please advice what to do with this event viewer messages:

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
sysmgmt

The server service was unable to recreate the share AccPac
because the directory D:\AFW50\SAVED FILES\AccPac no longer exists.

The Compaq Web Agent service depends on the Compaq Foundation
Agents service which failed to start because of the following error:
The dependency service or group failed to start.

The Compaq Storage Agents service depends on the SNMP Service
service which failed to start because of the following error:
No attempts to start the service have been made since the last boot.

Hi Ron,

Would you confirm if SNMP service has/not been disabled? Would you also check if the Logon for SNMP serivice is based on System Account, rather than user-based, please?

If it was to do missing folders/files, reinstalling Proliant Support Pack for Win2000 would always work.
