    <description>Hi Ron,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would you confirm if SNMP service has/not been disabled? Would you also check if the Logon for SNMP serivice is based on System Account, rather than user-based, please? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it was to do missing folders/files, reinstalling Proliant Support Pack for Win2000 would always work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Gus</description>
