We got the following error and can not enter into Safe Mode or any mode for that matter to try and fix the problem, nor does using the F8 button suggested work. Any ideas how to move forward and get into my computer? Thank you!!

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damaging your computer.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

Technical Info:
***STOP: 0x0000000A(0x0000000C, 0x000000002,...)
