      <description>Terry, you are absulotly right, but the message was too late for me.&lt;BR /&gt;
I had big trouble after I downloaded HP NTLock utility software and installed it on our Netserver E800, it killed our server.&lt;BR /&gt;
We are running Windows NT 4.0 with service pack 6 (note here, service pack 6, SP6, not SP6a). &lt;BR /&gt;
After installation and reboot server, it still can be booted up, but with some error messages, then followed by Logon screen, when I try to logon, opps, BLUE screen! with number c000021a.&lt;BR /&gt;
I checked Microsoft site, there is information about this situation: Q311860. But it says the problem is with SP6a not SP6.&lt;BR /&gt;
