    <description>On one particular W2K SP4 PC, whne the user tries to print from IE6SP1 she receives the following error:&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Function address 0x78010497 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005) Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Microsoft could not help me as the closest error that they have occurs in IE5.5 only.  Any ideas?&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>There seems to be some update from Microsoft, that's cause this problem, try to reinstall the printer, after you deleted its port and driver on the server, and the same on the client.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Christer</description>
