Support Pack

How can i check which version of an support pack is installed on a server, i have search with CIM, but nothing found.

We are planning to roll-out Windows 2003 SP1, and have difference versions of BIOS and Support Packs, which needs an update.

If you look in the System Event Log, find a time when the server rebooted and look at the entries for the Management Agents. If you can not find any, simply restart the SNMP service, which iwll inturn ask you to bounce all of the Management Agents (or you can just select one of the Agents and restart it).

Then look in the event log and you should see an entry for the Management Agents, open it up and it should tell you which version it is.

Thanks, the next thing for us is to create a rule or a query which creates the list with all 2003 servers and with the support pack level, can you give me any advise, sould we do it with MOM, or is it possible to create the query with SMS 2003 ?
