If you like to set up the machine all new with new bios-config you have to get a copy of SmartStart CD 5.5 and the right server-profile disk.
Boot from SmartStart CD and do the "Erase System", then boot again and follow the instructions.

Smart Start CD:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/SmartStart/ss-agreement.html

Your Server Profile Disk:
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/7453.html

After the installation you should be able to access the bios-configuration by pressing F10 while the machine is booting.

If your machine cannot boot from CD you will have to set up the boot-partition for your bios-cofiguration by floppydisk.

You also can boot this floppy without setting up a new partition on your hdd.

You get what you need here:
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/locate/20_1131.html (look for Compaq System Configuration Utility)
