Unable to log into HPE support center

Whenever I try to log into the HPE Suport Center, I just get this error:

Your Email Address is already registered on the HPE Support Center

Please change your email address in your profile or log in using your existing account.

I tried changing my email address to my home email via the Profile button (although I'd rather not), but it didn't help anyways, I still get the same error.

i have the same problem.

link provided ( support.hpe.com/connect/s/sitesupport ) is of no use, because it shows same error message

any solution?

Hi,

I have the same problem. I need to login and raise a support call regarding a hardware problem.. The link provided also displays the same message.

Can you offer another method to report the problem or resolve this login issue?
