Thankfully there is a sticky named "HPE Support Contact Information" just above my post where I found the phone number. So apparantly the did email me yesterday but I did not get it, They troied just now anopther email at our company and that aslo is not getting through, Finally I asked then to send to a gmail addres and I got that. But the really frustrating thing is that in addition to monitorting my email yesterday looking for something from HPE, I was monitoring the case in the support portal. There were no updates posted there. I could onoy see my comments, There was no indication that anyone at HPE had looked at the case and had attempted to contact me.

How do I contact a person at HPE? I opened a support case (Case# 5375307065) through the support portal. it is for a failed tape drive. we are down now, no backups (unless I drive to data center and reboot the autoloader between each backup job). I made the case 36 hours ago and still no reply from HPE.

I'm frustrated. Why do we pay for support???
