API Warranty Check... available?

Hi community. I'm wondering if at the end the API Warranty Check was released or not. If it was: Where I can get acces to it?

Thank you for your interest in the Warranty Check API. At this thime the API is not released to customers.

Please find, you are still able to check the warranty status of your assets using the Warranty Check Tool in the HPE Support Center.

Thank you for your answer. Do you know if there is any estimated date for releasing it? Warranty tool is fine when you have a couple of servers, but when you have hundredds of them you need something that supports you on doing massive queries.

Thank you for the feedback.

At this time we are conducting the pilot and we will need that to conclude before the API can be releaseed GA. There is no release date that can be shared at this time.

Once available GA, there will be Stakeholder communications passed to the HPE Support Center users.

When will be the API available again?
3rd party apps that were using it before are still not able to use it again.

When will this API be available or is there another method to open a support case to do so? I find it rediculous that i need to check 200+ servers 1 by 1 in your warranty check tool in the Support Center.

I have been looking for this info as well.

The other piece i am looking for is a direct url to look up warranty info for a device. I used to be able to include thje serial number in the url and it would go directly to the warranty page. Now i have to go to the main page and enter in a serial number.

I need this for my field ops and lifecycle teams. A way to make it easier for them to look up warranties.

Hallo! We would also need this API to manage lifecycle efficiently... we were relying on the public warranty page before it was put behind an auth wall, and we were really hoping that the REST API would have been made available in a shorter timeline after that. Is there anything we could do as customers to support this effort?

I have hundreds of HP printers in my CMDB I'll quit retire before I have to run each individual serial number manually. Kind of a shame too that Dell has an API available for their customers, but HP can't..
