Open case - Error processing data. Please try again.

Hi all,
I try to open a case but when I click submit case I receive the "Error processing data. Please try again" message.

Does anyone already have this message ?

That error is related to the email thread size limit on HPE Support Center - I think it can't go over 5MB or you get that error.
It seems like a small enough limit to me that should be increased.
