Client's SFTP Error: Connection closed by remote host,Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer

Our client is trying to connect via SFTP to NS server and send a files to a specific path/volume. But they're getting an error "Connection closed by remote host,Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer"

Any idea how can we resolve this kind of issue?
