Both NAT box are configured in factory and the wan ip address are 192.168.2.2 and 192.168.2.3 are configured with the software.

When I run the AMU, the partitions can be view for all properties and areas. Only hardware part cannot be view. JRE are version 1.3. The error message is request retrieve information timeout.

May I know who have hit this problem before and is there any solutions? The AMU server is with the latest Windows 2000 service pack and patches(hotfix).

Thounsand thanks.

Hello Ping,

I'd first check if you have the current version of the AMU installed on your system. There has been a new bug fix release pretty recently. Please check

http://ftp.digital.com/pub/Digital/Alpha/firmware/interim/ams/

for details.

In case you are already up to the latest revision I do suggest to move your question to the Tru64 area of the forums at

http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/familyhome.do?familyId=280

There is much more relevant traffic over there and chances somebody knows about your specific config are much better.

Greetings, Martin
