topic MSA1000 with OpenVMS support in Alpha Servers

Hi all,
We have one Alphaserver 4100 EV56/600 with OpenVMS 7.2-1. Now we have to connect one MSA1000 with Single Fiber connection from Alphaserver to Switch.
We are planning to upgrade OpenVMS 7.3-2 before this connectivity.
Can somebody guide/confirm:

a) Compatibility of MSA1000 with Alphaserver 4100

b) Procedure to configure MSA1000 with OpenVMS using CLI.

Thanks & regards.
Full information about the MSA 1000 may be found starting at http://www.hp.com/go/msa1000

Compatability is defined by the QuickSpecs: see http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/storageworks/msa1000/specifications.html A quick look indicates the Alphaserver 4100 is indeed supported, with OpenVMS version 7.2-2 and above.
