Hi

WE had to replace the DAT-Drive in this Alpha-Server. We now have a "compaq 20/40GB DAT"-Drive. But the Server won't recognize this Drive.
Can anyone tell me, if there's a incompability? Or can i check this somewhere on the Internet?

Thanks for any suggestions...

Is the tape invisible from the SRM console or from the bootet OS?
