    <description>&lt;P&gt;Stephan, your thinking is correct. When a topic is floated for all users, it will appear twice in the message listing. The logic behind this was likely so that you could still see where the thread itself sits in the message listing, while still making it available at all times to everyone. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is currently no way to have it appear only once.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
