My interests with HP, Operations Manager, SiteScope and Reporter.

Is there a way to have a customized page that I can bookmark that just those topic forums appear?

Well, you can bookmark them but then you would have to click on each bookmark in your profile.

You can subscribe to boards and get mail. Or you can subscribe RSS feeds.

Please explain what you mean by 'subscribe to boards and get mail'. I know about geting email updates on topics I've started or contributed to.

Each board has a subscribe option:

One thing you could do is use the Board Option > Float this Board to the Top. Unfortunately for some boards, you can't float the up to the very top category, only one. Boards in Software > Products seem be this way.
