Duplicate profiles for the same login

The following profiles are duplicates of my real profile. They were created by me, around the time that the forums were being migrated (see http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Community-Feedback-Suggestions/How-to-reclaim-my-old-user/m-p/6101689#M4001) I would appreciate it if these two old profiles could be deleted, since I hit them randomly when I log in with the same credentials.

So, essentially, instead of having a forum admin help me, I should use the generic 'Contact Us' form to send a relatively simple request to an unmonitored inbox where a marketing person can improperly route this to an unqualified person in a different office. Did I summarize your message correctly?
