How to create a new topic?

i am not able to create new post in this forum. sorry for the question here but could you pls let me know how to create a new post/query

You create a new topic by pushing the "New Post" button. For UTF it's:

I created a user name / password to log-in in the site and now it asks for SAID id. how we can get this

You don't need a SAID to use the general EBC forum boards.

There are several Support Customer forums like this one that require SAIDs:

If you have a support contract for the product you should have a SAID.
