Recovery sw for HP Mediasmart Server EX 475

My HP Mediasmart Server EX 475 will not start and I need to perform a Server Recovery (without loosing data on HDD) and need the server recovery disk (sw) which I don`t have anymore.

It is not available on HP sw download. Anyone who can help?
