I clicked on a google search result:

(http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-LaserJet/Laserjet-8000-Paper-Input-Unit/td-p/360317?notmigrated)

...and it said that I needed to log in to HP to see the link. So I logged in.

Now it says "Access denied: You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

How does one go about getting sufficient privileges?

Yesterday I lacked sufficient privilege, and today apparently I have sufficient privilege. The powers-that-be evidently saw my post and made the post visible but elected not to take credit in the forum :)
