data protector backup completes without taking the backup

Hi,

We have scheduled backup in our data protector software for a SAP system which has a two instance running on it. Data protector software taking backup of both the instance to the tape fine till last week. but suddenly its stops taking backup on one instance from last week . File is also not creating in the server.

Can anyone come across this issue and suggest me to solve this issue.

Based on your description, we believe you may have submitted your feedback to the wrong company site. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is a separate company focused on servers, storage, and networking within IT environments.

In September 2017, HPE spun-off a lot of its software assets to Micro Focus and the Data Protector is now part of this company.
