As of November 2024 the latest version was P.2.24 which I got from:

https://networkingsupport.hpe.com/downloads;search=J9450A

Note that to update from P.1.x (where x <=19) to P.2.x, you must update to P.1.20 first. Therefore, this is a two-step update and you will need to download both files which were both available on that page.
