ALM is not displayed properly on windows 10

Hello,

I am facing an issue with ALM not displaying properly on windows 10. On searching several posts i tried modifying windows 10 display custom scaling level to 100% and changing screen resolution , it is still displaying in small font.

Are there any patches for ALM to be compatible with windows10. Please suggest any solution to overcome this problem.

alm version:12.01.51

the problem may be cause by incorrect installation. here is a link to more details. i had the same issue when working on one job for research paper service and it persisted till imade sure everythign was installed properly.
