HP Procurve Manager 64bit

I have an HP 2520-24 poe switch and would like to use the Web Browser interface or PROCURVE Manager to configure and program it. Since I don't know the IP or MAC address I am finding it impossible to use Putty or anything like that. Is PCM manager still available? I have a 32bit version which will not open in 64 bit system. Do I need to use a serial connector and access the Menu and CLI interfaces?
