    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a network administrator I have an Aruba Virtual Controller with AP 303 I want to update its firmware to 8.12.0.2 or any other new version since it's currently running 8.6 version I have created an account with my enterprise email and logged into the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;HPE Networking Support Portal to download the firmware, but whenever I try to download the firmware or any other software it gives me the following error&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"HttpErrorResponse&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There was an issue initiating your download (failed to get link).Please try again or contact support if retrying does not work"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and If I try to re-login to my account it gives me the following error: Sorry your login cannot be proceed at this time"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried another email and created another accont , I have checked my internet connections and it was working just fine, I have tried different browsers&amp;nbsp; and I even tried it from PC and mobile phone ,but it is always the same issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there any way to get this firmware from another location rather than&amp;nbsp;HPE Networking Support Portal since I really need it so badly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
