      <title>Software Download</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to download some software for my device and when I click to download it gave me an error that my request is being looked at and it will take 4 hours. &amp;nbsp;After the 4 hours, I tried to download the software again and I received the same message. &amp;nbsp;Has anybody experience this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
