      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our HP network switches and require immediate assistance. Below are the details of the faulty device:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Model:&lt;/STRONG&gt; J9138A&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as&amp;nbsp; e.g., power cycling, checking cables, replacing power source, but the issue persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Please advise on the next steps and whether the device qualifies for warranty service or replacement.
