It address those &amp;nbsp;who expect a quick answer from the system or application based on the input or request they submit.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Scope&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva"&gt;This article provides a brief overview of the latest AI Chatbot technology, which responds quickly to user requests, whether typed or spoken. User receive answers through the same mode of communication they used for input. It also highlights drawback of traditional or legacy wizards, where user used to get the delayed responses based on the pre-defined or static or template-based questions.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What is it about?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva"&gt;Chatbots are software applications designed to simulate human-like conversations with users through text. They use natural language processing (NLP) to understand an incoming query and respond accordingly. In contrast, traditional wizards or FAQs are rule-based and static, meaning they are predefined to answer only a specific set of questions, typically FAQs. It can be used as a bubble at the right bottom side of the browser like&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Picture8.png" style="width: 18px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.hpe.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/144523i52D77E6266A8B619/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=2000" role="button" title="Picture8.png" alt="Picture8.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and clicking the it will open the chatbot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva"&gt;Summary:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva"&gt;AI Chatbots are faster, user-friendly, offers an advanced and dynamic approach that enables natural, personalized, and intelligent conversations with customers. They have proven to significantly improve customer experience (CX) and reduce cost. In contrast traditional user forms or wizards atypically rely on predefined responses based on programmed rules or keywords. They have limited flexibility and may struggle to handle queries outside their programmed parameters.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
