    <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to get in touch with the suppor team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;send an email to:&amp;nbsp;licensing.ams@hpe.com&lt;/STRONG&gt; so they can reset something on your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once they fix your account, you need to clear the browser's cookies and try again. It should work fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;happens to me all the time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;So i tried to get the new SPP for my servers and failed to download the package because of 404s. After that i called HPE and received an FTP link. Now im gettin 10,4 KB/s for 6 GB ...........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I remember that i tried to download the package a month ago with the same 404 errors .....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
