From what i've read the trial has an embedded license of 60 days, but it seem that is no applied in 8.0.10 (first try).
I'm missing some piece?

I've copied the cow2 file and not the iso to the host.

Maybe it is it?

The 60-day trial is there and will be visible during first login in the VM Essentials Manager.
