Virtual Machine Status

Typically, the status is “Provisioned.” However, it may change to “Available” in certain situations, such as when the machine is restarted on another host due to a host failure.

It seems there are several status options available. Could you explain what each status indicates?
Also, please clarify whether the status differences affect what actions are possible or restricted.
