Please help me!

After installing Ubuntu, I proceeded to configure Morpheus Essentials on the same host. After setting up the group and the cloud, I tried adding the cluster. It joins successfully, but then an error appears in the history: 'Virtualization not enabled on this host.'

However, virtualization is enabled in the BIOS/UEFI settings, and running kvm-ok confirms that KVM acceleration is fully supported and operational on the host. I'm not sure why Morpheus is throwing this error.

Has anyone encountered this before, or could someone help me troubleshoot this issue?

I too am receiving this exact same error at the same point in the process. I have gone into the BIOS of the physical host and verified that Virtualization support is in fact enabled.

Tried to update bios, was a recommendation but still having the same problem.

2. For the host OS, instead of using the standard Ubuntu Server ISO, I am using an HVM OS ISO (e.g., HPE_HVM_Install_24.04_S5Q83-11078.iso).
